Aprio Welcomes Salver & Cook LLP Extending the Firm's National Footprint to South Florida

Salver & Cooks two partners, Cory Cook and Vanessa Piedrahita, and 20+ Miami based team members and 12 professionals in Medellin, Colombia, will join Aprio effective August 1, 2023.

Based in Weston, Florida (20 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale), the strategic combination with Salver & Cook will further enhance Aprio's global capabilities and strengthen its position as a trusted advisor for foreign clients and multinational corporations engaging in cross-border business transactions. Aprio will absorb the firms Florida office, providing an initial entry point into the dynamic business landscape in Central and South America, as well as the firms offshore operations in Medellin, Colombia.
