Buffalo Lodging Associates Announces Promotion to Senior VP of Operations

BUFFALO, N.Y. (PRWEB) April 13, 2023 - Its a part of our company culture to focus on internal growth and development. This is why Buffalo Lodging Associates LLC, is proud to announce Tom Rousher has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations. In this role, Rousher will be overseeing the operations of a portfolio of 50 hotels primarily under the flags of Marriott and Hilton brand families. Rousher brings a comprehensive perspective that well-supports the needs of hotel operations, returning value for hotel assets and the team members he supports.

Since joining the company, Mr. Rousher has been promoted multiple times. He began his career with Buffalo Lodging in 2010 as General Manager of the Homewood Suites in Beachwood, Ohio and subsequently held the position of District Director until his promotion to Vice President of Operations Southeast in 2015, and now his recent promotion as Senior VP of Operations of all regions. Tom has more than 40 years of hotel experience with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Aircoa Hotels and Resorts and including 5 years working as a General Manager with Buffalo Lodging earlier in his career.

After an incredible number of years working with Buffalo Lodging Associates, I am honored and grateful to move into this new leadership role, said Rousher. Rousher holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Hiram College in Ohio. He resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
