Cisive Appoints Alan Gordon as President of Financial & Business Services

Cisive is a portfolio company of GTCR, a leading private equity firm, which acquired the business in December 2021.

Alan joined Cisive in 2003, initially as a technology partner and provider to the business while he served as the President and CEO of CompuSmart Solutions. After CompuSmart was acquired in 2016, he joined Cisive full-time as Chief Information Officer to lead the screening firms technology efforts. Alan helped transform Cisive into the technology industry leader it is today. His contributions include the development of Cisive Exchange, the companys onboarding and offboarding platform.
