Linsky Completes Principal Accelerator Program, establishes SMB Accounting and Tax Practice Tucson, Arizona

TUCSON, Ariz. (PRWEB) September 12, 2022 - Dark Horse CPAs, a top accounting and tax firm serving small businesses and individuals across the nation, announces the promotion of Riana Linsky to Principal. Rianas outstanding client service to small businesses in the areas of tax and accounting and an uncanny attention to detail has earned her a seat at the table, becoming an equity Principal of the firm.

Riana entered the Dark Horse Principal Accelerator Program in December 2021 and quickly built a 6-figure book of business, due to a combination of technical knowledge, substantial experience in public accounting and ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients. Due to the quality of her work, the strength of her client and peer relationships as well as her contributions to the firm as a whole, the decision was made to promote her to Principal effective September 2022.

Speaking to the challenges posed by the Accelerator Program, Riana stated, Im not a sales orientated person. Im a nerdy, analytical accountant. I feared learning how to sell myself. I struggled and had major anxiety my first few rounds of calls, but then I got into my groove and realized I was overthinking it. Dark Horse has such a great reputation that very little selling, if any, is needed. When asked about the most rewarding aspect of her journey in the Accelerator Program, she responded, getting to know my clients and developing relationships. I really enjoy working with my clients and becoming one of their most trusted advisors. I also really enjoyed how fast I was able to grow my book of business.

In regard to what differed most from her expectations, she explained, I was surprised at how busy I was from the beginning. After my first or second round of leads, prospects began becoming clients and the client work began. For some reason, I didnt think Id start working on client work so fast, but I did. The leads are truly like drinking from a fire hose. Its amazing to have so many opportunities to build a book of business so fast. And, as to what she would want other potential accelerators to know about the Program, The Accelerator Program is intense and is a lot of work, but the rewards are immense. Theres something magical about building a book of business from the ground up and getting to choose the clients I want to work with and to build my practice exactly the way I want to.

Moving forward, Riana is excited to, continue growing my practice. Im also really looking forward to developing more relationships with the existing group of Principals. Dark Horse CPAs is the unicorn firm I didnt think existed. Im so happy and grateful I found Dark Horse CPAs.
