Nick Garofoli and Ashley Flann Appointed to Co-Leadership Roles at RCare

This transition has been in the works for over a year, said RCare owner Jeffrey Knauss. Ashley and Nick are a powerful duo and will continue to lead the RCare vision of purposeful innovation and growth.

Nick Garofoli, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and University of Hartford MBA graduate, entered RCare over four years ago as the VP of Operations & Technology. He was selected due to his proven track record of holistic business management and risk mitigation.

While the titles are new, the day-to-day of RCare under Garofoli and Flann will continue on mostly unchanged. Jeff Knauss, who purchased RCare two years ago, will remain as owner and president.
