Mastery Training Services Releases Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for New York Employers

NOVI, Mich. (PRWEB) July 10, 2023 - This month Mastery Training Services released two new training courses to help employers in New York state comply with sexual harassment prevention training requirements.

In April 2023 the state of New York revised the sexual harassment prevention guidelines. These new training courses reflect those changes. Some of the changes include the addition of content related to examples of harassment, bystander intervention, gender diversity and gender-based harassment, and guidance on supervisors and managers responsibility to report harassment and discrimination.
