Author and Producer Paco Chierici Visits RAI Jets for Fast Cars and Faster Jets

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (PRWEB) August 30, 2022 - Kalamazoo-based jet charter and aircraft management company RAI Jets was the site of a recent VIP event called Fast Cars and Faster Jets held on August 4 and featuring a special appearance by author, producer, and former naval aviator, Paco Chierici. Chierici is the creative genius behind the novel Lions in the Sky: The Top Gun for a New Millennium, and the producer of the thrilling documentary, Speed and Angels. About sixty people attended the event at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (KAZO) to meet Chierici and view the fast cars, that were parked in and around the RAI Jets hangar and the faster jets which were also on display and open for viewing.

This was our first VIP event in three years, said Becky Bakeman, president of RAI Jets and co-sponsor of the event. We find it fun and beneficial to collaborate with other local businesses that have a similar customer base and provide a unique experience for our customers. Everyone enjoys visiting the hangar and seeing the jets up close.

In the past, RAI Jets has worked with a local jewelry store; this year they partnered with the Aerospace Risk Management Group (ARMG) and Fresh Coast Auto Detail. ARMG originally conceived the event and made the introduction to Chierici. The company has provided insurance products to RAI Jets for years. The other co-sponsor was Fresh Coast Auto Detail, who specializes in detailing luxury cars. Fresh Coast often services the automobiles of RAI Jets customers during their private flights in and out of Kalamazoo.

Chierici addressed the crowd about his own journey to becoming a U.S. Navy fighter pilot and the missions he completed. He introduced his book, Lions of the Sky, which authentically shares the experience of the fighter pilot through the eyes of his fictional characters. The sponsors provided attendees with copies of the book for Chierici to autograph during the evening. Chierici also spoke about producing the film entitled Speed and Angels, a captivating documentary following the rise of two Navy fighter pilots as they achieve their dream. It is now available on Amazon.

Everyone in attendance enjoyed the event, especially the opportunity to meet Paco, said Bakeman.
