Novogradac Recognized for Championing Diversity and Inclusion

SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) December 16, 2021 - Novogradacs efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in its workplace and community at large can be a model for others to adapt practices and principles that open minds and hearts to the possibilities of diversity, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.

The San Francisco-based accounting and consulting firm was named one of Crains 2021 Notable Businesses Championing Diversity and Inclusion. The 19 honorees hail from professional athletics to the arts and the business, legal and medical communities, including representatives from the construction, manufacturing, real estate and finance sectors.

Crains Notable Businesses Championing Diversity and Inclusion recognizes organizations in Northeast Ohio that lead by example and hold themselves and others accountable on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Honorees representing a cross-section of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio were chosen by Crains after they successfully completed the Greater Cleveland Partnership Equity & Inclusion Organization Assessment and Crain's written evaluation.

The special feature noted Novogradacs work in affordable housing, community development, opportunity zones, historic preservation and related incentives, as well as its efforts in recruiting and education for the development community.
