The updated, built-in feature gives Rentec Direct clients the ability to electronically transfer payments to vendors, eliminating the need for mailing paper checks. The Vendor ACH Payment tool will use Rentec Direct clients merchant accounts to transfer funds directly to a vendors bank account. After users set up the appropriate vendor profiles to receive ACH payments within the software platform, funds are sent electronically, the ledger is updated and vendors are notified by an automated email. Depending on the ACH processing time at the receiving financial institution, most payments will arrive in the vendors bank account within two business days.
