WHAT IS ACASA SENIOR CARE FRANCHISE?

EMERGING SENIOR CARE FRANCHISE IS A PROVEN OPPORTUNITY TO ENRICH YOUR LIFE AND MAKE A MEANINGFUL, LASTING DIFFERENCE TO OTHERS

ACASA Senior Care was founded to help one family at a time. Founded by Daniel Wong, a former executive in the pharmaceutical industry, and his wife, Inna, a registered nurse, ACASA Senior Care was born of a need to get senior care right. The couple’s experience in becoming the personal caregivers for Daniel’s father and grandfather was heartbreaking, as none of the senior home care brands they researched seemed up to the task. If this was their experience, they knew that millions of other families were in the same boat, and they decided to take action. Eight years later, their company is one of the largest senior care brands in California.

Now Daniel and Inna have made another big decision: franchise ACASA Senior Care to empower entrepreneurs with a business model that is personally and financially rewarding. Over the past eight years, the couple has built a proven business model, a comprehensive training platform and a visionary franchise support team who is committed to helping our franchisees succeed in their businesses.

“This is a great time to invest in ACASA Senior Care,” says Daniel Wong, President and founder of ACASA Senior Care. “About 10,000 people are turning 65 every day in the United States, and they’re going to need care. We’re committed to helping one family at a time; that’s why ACASA Senior Care was born. As a franchise owner, you’re going to be able to take the blueprint of what we’ve done, leverage our training and the resources we provide, and make a tremendous impact in your community.”

WHAT MAKES A SENIOR CARE FRANCHISE A WISE INVESTMENT?

There are currently 77 million seniors in the United States, and according to AARP, 10,000 baby boomers are turning 65 every day. This is expected to continue well into the 2030s. This means that in 10 years’ time, there will be 36 million more seniors in the U.S., the majority of whom want to age in place. This is the reason why the senior home care industry is worth well over $400 billion and is one of the fastest-growing industries in the nation.

While the industry is crowded with senior home-care brands, Daniel Wong discovered that you don’t have to win a lot of clients to thrive in a senior home-care business. The rapidly growing senior population means that every community is going to have a growing need, and as a result, the fact that there is competition in this industry doesn’t prohibit a new business owner from flourishing.

WHAT MAKES ACASA SENIOR CARE DIFFERENT?

ACASA literally means “At Home,” and this is exactly how we make our clients feel when we’re with them. To do this, we recruit only the most talented and compassionate caregivers in the markets we serve. Because hiring caregivers is one of the most challenging aspects of running a senior home-care business, we have access to a state-of-the-art software platform that makes it easy to tell if your caregivers will be a good fit for your clients. This not only creates an ideal environment for your caregivers, but it also makes your clients’ experience that much better.

“A lot of home-care companies miss the mark on assigning caregivers to their clients,” Daniel says. “We connect caregivers to clients based on what our clients enjoy, what the caregivers’ skill sets are and what helps them enjoy their work the most. We can do everything that other companies do: set medication reminders, assist with bathing, and so on, but really our software is a matchmaking platform that allows our caregivers to get a client that is the right match for them.”

WE’RE COMMITTED TO HELPING YOUR BUSINESS THRIVE AND PROSPER

If you’re ready to leave the corporate world behind and own a business that brings meaning to your life, ACASA Senior Care is ready to help you do it. Our family-run franchise has developed a comprehensive training platform that will allow you to leverage your experience as a leader and desire to become a part of your community in a business that helps seniors enjoy their lives at home. HOW DOES ACASA STAND OUT IN THE SENIOR CARE INDUSTRY?

ACASA SENIOR CARE FRANCHISE IS POISED TO BECOME A LEADER IN A RAPIDLY GROWING INDUSTRY

ACASA Senior Care franchise may be the new kid on the block of the booming $400 billion senior home-care industry, but the industry is ripe for a fresh brand to take on the rapidly growing need for senior home-care. While the senior care industry is competitive, a lot of brands are either sold out of territory, or have plateaued in terms of growth. In fact, this is the very reason why ACASA Senior Care was founded.

Daniel Wong, along with his wife Inna, founded ACASA after a dispiriting experience when Daniel’s father and grandfather became ill in quick succession. This led Daniel to leave his successful career as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry and start a senior care company that was fully committed to the client experience and peace of mind for the families that need it.

“ACASA was born out of the belief that people who want to age in place should be treated to the quality of care that they deserve, and their loved ones expect,” Daniel says. “Our clients are often families who have to make decisions quickly, and they’re relying on us to take care of their aging parents or grandparent. When they hire ACASA, it’s a decision that really matters and we honor this by going above and beyond for their loved ones. We’re committed to helping them find peace of mind because I know firsthand what it means when you can’t get peace of mind, and we’ve worked hard to make sure that ACASA cares for your loved ones the right way.”

THE NEED FOR SENIOR CARE IS OVERWHELMING

If you’re lucky enough to live a long life, at some point you’re going to need some help. For the 77 million seniors in the United States, and the nearly 40 million more that are turning 65 by 2030, the time for help is rapidly approaching. This need often hits family members suddenly and unexpectedly, as many children live away from their aging parents and grandparents, and the majority of them learn about senior care options and senior home care brands only when the need arises.

But what they do know is that their aging parents prefer to remain in their homes. In fact, AARP reports that 91% of seniors want to remain in their homes as they age.

“Older Americans determined to stay in their own homes are likely to need help at some point – for a few hours a day or 24/7 – with household chores, nursing services and personal care,” AARP reports. “And with 10,000 baby boomers a day turning 65 between now and 2030, the need for home health care will only increase.”

Hospitals, too, are very concerned with keeping readmission rates low for aging seniors as the demand for care continues to increase. Lowering readmission rates with home-care services benefits hospitals’ performance scores, which is vitally important to their relationships with insurance companies and the public at large.

“We keep hearing the foreboding statistics: 10,000 baby boomers in the United States turn 65 every day; our aging population is expected to double in the next 20 years and swell to 88 million by 2050; 75 percent of Americans over 65 live with multiple chronic health conditions, ranging from diabetes to dementia,” CNBC reports. “It is no secret, either, that the nation’s strained health care system is trying to keep sick and longer-living seniors out of hospitals, assisted-living facilities and nursing homes and instead in their own homes, which is where they want to live out their golden years.”

This is exactly where ACASA excels.

HOW WILL YOU SUPPORT ME?

ACASA SENIOR CARE HOME CARE FRANCHISE OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE HELP FROM DAY ONE OF YOUR BUSINESS AND EVERY DAY AFTER

One of the best reasons to join ACASA Senior Care home care franchise is the fact that when you become a member of the ACASA family, you will never be alone in your business. Our experienced leadership team has spent the past eight years building a business model that offers immeasurable profit-potential, and a robust training platform that sets you up to become your community’s go-to resource for senior care.

“We train our franchise owners to become a resource to the families they serve, as well as their communities,” says Michele Fuhrman, Director of Operations at ACASA Senior Care. “Just to have that capability to answer a question that a family might have, such as when a client is suffering from urinary tract infection, or any kind of question that will pop up. We train their team members to do the same. Our training is very solutions-oriented because ultimately, this is a family business. When you meet our founders, and you see the compassion that runs through them, we try to teach our franchisees to operate their businesses in a similar way.”

YOU’RE TOO IMPORTANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A NUMBER

The other great reason to franchise with ACASA Senior Care is the access you’ll get to our founders, Daniel and Inna Wong, who also own and run one of the largest senior home care businesses in California. In a bigger senior care franchise, access to the founders may be nonexistent, and the leadership team may not know what it means to own and scale a senior care business so that it becomes profitable and delivers the high level of care your clients expect and deserve.

“I’m in this business every day,” says Daniel Wong, President and founder of ACASA Senior Care. “I know what it takes to start a business with zero clients and grow it to become a profitable business that takes care of my family, my employees and their families. We decided to franchise ACASA because I wanted to share our model with other entrepreneurs who want to own a business that helps one family at a time.”
